Services
Drywall and plastering
Plasterboard wall linings, fire-rated beam and column encasement, and a tape-and-joint or skim finish ready for decoration.

Drywall covers lining masonry and blockwork, encasing steel, and leaving a surface the decorators can go straight onto.
Wall linings
How we fix the board depends on the wall behind it. Where the substrate is sound and true we direct bond. Where walls are out of plumb, or services need to run behind the lining, we build a timber or metal gypliner frame first and board onto that. Insulated linings, moisture-resistant board for wet areas and impact-resistant board for corridors and plant rooms are all priced from the specification.
Beam and column encasement
Structural steel usually needs a fire rating before it can be closed in. We encase beams and columns with fire-rated board systems built from the same framing and board as the partitions, so the detail is consistent and the fire certificate is straightforward to evidence.
Finish
Joints are taped and filled to the finish level the specification calls for, or the whole surface is skimmed where a plaster finish is required. Either way the aim is the same: no snagging list from the decorator.
What we need to price it
Architect's drawings, the wall type schedule with fire and acoustic ratings, and an idea of the programme. Send them over and we will come back with a price and a realistic duration.
