About STR Dry Lining
An owner-run drylining subcontractor. The person who prices your job is the person who runs it.
We have over 20 years’ experience in drylining on new-build commercial, residential and refurbishment projects. STR Dry Lining is owner-run, so the person you speak to on the first phone call is the same person on site at the final snag.
How we work with main contractors
Most of our work comes through main contractors and developers who need a drylining package priced and delivered without fuss. Send drawings and the specification and you will get a price built from them, not a guess. If something in the design will not work on site, we say so before we start rather than after.
On site we sequence around the other trades, keep rooms moving to completion and keep you informed of progress against the programme.
Where we work
We cover South Wales and the West of England. For larger contracts further afield we are happy to talk.
