Privacy notice

This website belongs to STR Drylining Ltd. This notice explains what happens to the details you send us through it.

What we collect

The contact form asks for your name, company, phone number, email address and a message about the project. Nothing on this site collects data about you in the background: there are no analytics, no advertising tags and no cookies.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry and, if it goes ahead, to price and deliver the work. That is the only use.

How it is processed

Form submissions are handled by Netlify, the company that hosts this website. Netlify stores each submission in a dashboard that only we can see and sends a copy by email to info@strdrylining.com. Netlify's own privacy policy covers how they run that service.

How long we keep it

Submissions are deleted from Netlify within 12 months of the enquiry being closed. Emails relating to live or completed projects are kept for as long as we need them for business and tax records.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to us holding it. Email info@strdrylining.com and we will deal with it. If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
